DescriptionIn This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Perform inspection of materials machined parts and finished products according to drawings specifications and standards to ensure compliance with customer and company requirements.
- Conduct precise measurements using inspection and testing equipment such as CMM Contracer and Spring Tester ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.
- Support process troubleshooting and root cause analysis for non-conformances in collaboration with Quality and Process Engineers.
- Ensure timely review and disposition of non-conforming parts in MRB (Q-hold) areas to maintain smooth production flow.
- Maintain and calibrate measurement tools and equipment ensuring they are properly handled and in good condition.
- Participate in supplier inspections including first article in-process and final product verification.
- Prepare or update work instructions and one-point lessons to enhance consistency and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities in quality safety and cost management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Team Lead or Manager.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Minimum SPM or Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
- Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings specifications and quality standards.
- Proficiency in operating precision measuring instruments; experience with CMM or equivalent tools preferred.
- Basic knowledge of machining and casting processes.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
- Willingness to travel to supplier sites and to work shifts or overtime when required.
- Adaptability to a high-mix low-volume production environment.
