Job Description

Analyze quality and manufacturing data to identify defect trends and improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain quality dashboards reports and KPIs.
Apply statistical tools (SPC Pareto trend analysis) to support root cause analysis and CAPA.
Support internal defects customer complaints and quality improvement projects.
Collaborate with Quality Production and Engineering teams to drive data-driven decisions.
Provide quality performance reports for management review.

Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Engineering Statistics Data Analytics or related field.
2 5 years of experience in quality engineering or manufacturing analytics (automotive/appliance industry preferred).
Knowledge of quality tools (SPC MSA FMEA 8D).
Proficient in Excel; experience with Minitab Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.
Familiar with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 is a plus.
Good analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Salary Range: RM 4500 - 7000
