Both roles are at the intersection of data strategy and commercial decision-making but each has its own unique focus.

Your new role

Were looking for two colleagues with complementary strengths:

Advanced Analytics Focus: This role focuses on leveraging advanced analytics and market insights to support strategic initiatives in areas such as Obesity Cardiovascular disease and MASH as well as new customer segments like Private Market and E-Health.

You will:

  • Develop and maintain market and patient models to support business strategy.
  • Build optimize and maintain Power BI dashboards that meet evolving business needs.
  • Apply advanced analytics (AI/LLM models Marketing Mix Next Best Action Network Analytics).
  • Collaborate with commercial teams external partners and global/regional stakeholders.
  • Monitor market developments and prepare insightful business updates.

Commercial Partnering Focus: This role empowers you to directly influence the commercial teams success by translating data into actionable insights that drive growth optimize performance and strengthen market impact.

You will:

  • Act as a data-driven business partner to commercial teams and leadership.
  • Develop insights on new customer groups and Go-to-Market models.
  • Lead market research and competitor intelligence projects.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Sales and Medical teams to deliver unified insights.
  • Build and maintain market models for Obesity Cardiovascular and MASH therapy areas.

Your new department

The Customer Engagement (CE) department unites Customer & Market Insights with the enabling ecosystem and the channel expertise available. It enables the NL organisation by providing timely insights and fully incorporate digital channels in the go-to-market model. The output and contribution is data-driven objective and challenging and CE members are part of cross-functional teams driving commercial decision-making.

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for proactive curious professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and bring analytical excellence with a commercial mindset.

You will bring:

  • A Masters degree with 3 years of experience in a high-level analytical or commercial insights role.
  • For the commercial partnering focused role proven pharmaceutical industry experience is a must.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI for data modeling and reporting.
  • Experience with data warehouses (MS Fabric or Snowflake) is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A patient- and customer-centric mindset high trustworthiness and problem-solving ability.

You will be part of the Gulf Cluster sales team based in Qatar. You will report to the Country Sales Manager. The local team consists of approx 10 employees, and has highly-engaged and experienced members that are looking for a new teammember.
