At Green by Nature (GBN) were shaping greener more sustainable places across Australia and New Zealand. Were looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our high-performing team working closely with our Business Development Manager (BDM) and Operations teams to drive growth and strengthen client partnerships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with business development experience who thrives on collaboration organisation creativity resilience and problem solving helping teams succeed in a dynamic environment.

What youll do

  • Support sales growth contribute to achieving annual revenue targets and building a healthy pipeline of major new opportunities.
  • Build relationships manage accurate CRM (HubSpot) data assist with client engagement and support external stakeholder connections.
  • Enable strategy contribute to strategic planning market research and insights to inform business growth.
  • Boost capability help develop high-quality sales materials proposals and tools that lift our sales and marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate widely work closely across Operations Marketing and BD teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
  • Track performance maintain accurate reporting on funnel and pipeline activity to monitor progress and performance.

What youll bring

  • A proactive positive and collaborative mindset.
  • 3 years in business development support with proven experience in a high-performance team.
  • Hands-on CRM skills (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong communication organisation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking with developing sales acumen.
  • Proficiency in MS 365 (Teams SharePoint).
