Overview
We are a growing home care organization seeking an Intake Supervisor to lead our referral and onboarding team. This role ensures patients are admitted quickly and smoothly while building strong relationships with hospitals physicians and insurers.
Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor Intake Coordinators.
Oversee referrals assessments and insurance verifications.
Resolve patient referral and insurance issues.
Monitor team productivity compliance and reporting.
Improve workflows and support referral growth.
Qualifications
23 years in intake case management or healthcare admin (home care preferred).
Supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Compassionate professional communicator.
