Work hours: Full Time Days for 40 hours/week. Weekend and holiday requirements

Heres What You Need

Associates Degree health care business marketing or related field Required

2 Years experience in health care business marketing or related field Required.

Possesses organizational skills to function in a fast-paced work environment positive interpersonal skills and good verbal and written communication skills.


What You Will Do

Arrange pre/post-transplant evaluation appointments release orders and obtain patient consent.

Handle transplant applications from multiple sources conduct intake screenings collect records and enter data into electronic systems.

Assess contraindications with nurses schedule classes send welcome letters request outside test results and ensure timely documentation.

Process and follow up on referrals from nurses physicians or social workers ensuring evaluations and documentation are completed.

Maintain strong ties with providers dialysis centers and the renal community through visits events and monthly outreach reports.

Conduct satisfaction surveys share feedback with the quality team participate in improvement projects and reduce appointment cancellations.

Work closely with transplant coordinators to delegate tasks support patients with paperwork/testing and actively engage as a transplant team member.
