Your Tasks
- Leading the Receiving Team: Oversee the full receiving process including inbound deliveries from suppliers and internal stock transfers across warehouse locations. Responsibilities include coordinating loading schedules ensuring all incoming materials are accurately verified and properly stored in designated bin locations. This role also requires close collaboration with MRP Production and Quality Management (QM) teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of any issues
- Leading the Warehouse Operations Team: Manage the forklift team to ensure the safe accurate and efficient handling of pallets for put-away picking and timely material supply to production. This includes overseeing the material call-off process from external warehouses coordinating transportation and ensuring smooth operations across all warehouse locations to support uninterrupted production
- Inventory Management: Maintain healthy inventory control by conducting regular cycle counts and a full annual stock-take to ensure inventory integrity. Responsibilities include ensuring pallets are properly stored monitoring stock levels coordinating with MRP to reduce slow-moving and dead stock and managing monthly inventory reports including write-offs and product destruction processes as required
- People Management & Team Leadership: Lead build and develop the warehouse team by fostering a productive positive and accountable work environment aligned with BDF core values. Unify teams across all warehouse units to drive seamless collaboration and operational excellenc
- Safety Quality & Compliance: Champion a proactive approach to safety and quality by upholding high standards enforcing all relevant policies and ensuring full compliance. Foster a strong safety culture by leading by example engaging closely with operational teams and collaborating with the SHEE and Quality Management (QM) teams on key initiatives audits and continuous improvement efforts
- Warehouse Equipment & Machinery: Oversee the acquisition maintenance and utilization of all warehouse equipment including forklifts and material handling tools. Ensure equipment is regularly maintenance safe and reliable while optimizing usage and coordinating with vendors for repairs and compliance with safety standards
Your Profile
- Bachelors degree in supply chain Logistics Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in warehouse operation or related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire develop and manage high-performing teams
- Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); SAP experience is a plus)
- Proficient in enforcing health safety and regulatory standards within warehouse environments
- Proficient in both written and spoken Thai &English.
