Administrator/ Charter Operations

Are you a natural organiser who thrives on managing the moving parts behind the scenes At Kinetic were seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator Charter Coordinator to help us deliver exceptional charter and event transport solutions across the region.
In this admin-heavy coordination role youll be the central link between clients drivers operations and support teams ensuring everything runs smoothly efficiently and on schedule. While there is a touch of sales involved the main focus is on admin communication and service delivery.
What youll be doing:
- Coordinating charter bookings and schedules with internal teams
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders to deliver smooth timely transport
- Supporting the Sales Manager with reporting and growth initiatives
- Ensuring all documentation and details are accurate and up to date
- Attending industry events and meetings to maintain relationships
What youll bring:
- Experience in admin coordination or customer service
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities
- A proactive team-focused attitude
