About the Role
We are seeking a full-time SEO Specialist / Webmaster to take ownership of our digital presence drive measurable growth in search rankings and optimize inbound lead generation. This role blends SEO expertise with basic web design management primarily focused on strategy content creation technical optimization and conversion improvement.
This position is ideal for a self-motivated detail-oriented professional who can operate independently manage multiple priorities and maintain consistent performance while collaborating directly with leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all SEO initiatives including keyword research on-page optimization link building and technical SEO.
- Write compelling high-converting copy for web pages blog content and landing pages aligned with brand voice.
- Manage and update website content (primarily in WordPress) for a polished professional and SEO-friendly experience.
- Analyze performance data and implement improvements to increase organic traffic lead generation and Google ranking performance.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate directly with leadership to ensure content and SEO strategy support overall objectives.
- Stay current with Google algorithm updates SEO best practices and digital marketing trends.
- Optional: Support minor web design and visual optimization tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- 2 years of hands-on SEO experience preferably in professional services or agency environments.
- Strong copywriting skills with ability to produce persuasive search-optimized content.
- Proficiency in WordPress Google Analytics and SEO tools such as Ahrefs SEMrush or Moz.
- Understanding of technical SEO and UX principles.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Highly self-motivated detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strong communication skills; English fluency required.
Compensation & Structure
- Full-time (40 hours/week) remote role.
- Monthly compensation: $1200$1500 USD depending on experience.
