Job summary:
The role is responsible for delivering first-line support and efficiently manages customer service requests documenting all relevant details for effective case management and follow-up
Your role:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely.
Document service activities and escalating complex cases.
Perform software updates and coordinate field support.
Ensure regulatory compliance and clear customer communication.
Participate in training and share best practices with peers.
Youre the right fit if:
1 - 2 years of experience in healthcare industry and preferably in a field service environment.
Your skills include knowledge of computers and networking.
You have a four-year degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
Youre an excellent communicator both in Bahasa Indonesia & English a problem solver with a customer-centric mindset capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
