Theyre looking for a confident proactive Senior Account Manager to take ownership of key clients and ensure that every campaign runs smoothly from strategic brief to flawless delivery.
What the job involves..
Act as the main point of contact for key clients building strong trusted partnerships
Understand client objectives positioning and market context to provide smart strategic guidance
Manage the end-to-end delivery of campaigns across digital ATL BTL social and experiential channels
Collaborate with internal teams creative strategy production and media to deliver best-in-class work
Lead project timelines budgets approvals and reporting
Maintain profitability and ensure all work meets high creative and strategic standards
Help shape creative briefs and contribute to ideation brainstorms and reviews
Present creative work and campaign results confidently to clients
Use insights and data to inform campaign recommendations and future plans
Mentor junior team members and help build a culture of accountability collaboration and excellence
What you need to be considered..
47 years account management experience in a creative digital PR or marketing agency
Experience managing medium to large clients and multi-channel campaigns
Solid understanding of brand strategy creative process and digital/social landscapes
Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills
Strong commercial awareness budgeting forecasting profitability
Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Calm solutions-driven and collaborative approach
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
Bonus points if you..
Have worked on purpose-driven or socially impactful campaigns
