Job Summary
Position: Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist
Location: Lisbon Portugal - Hybrid (2 days in office)
Employment type: Full-time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for high-value advertising customers
- Create keyword packs bids and budget suggestions
- Gather and analyse data at both account and campaign level
- Create reports to support or aid the optimization strategies
- Use optimization techniques and work aligned to customers goals across Search Search Network (GSN) Mobile and Video
- Identify general opportunities in an account to help seize sales opportunities
- Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental process and policies
- Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Polish both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Digital marketing roles
- Experience working in a B2B environment and active use of Digital/Internet and online applications (AdWords Advertising etc.)
- AdWords Search fundamentals certified - will be considered as an advantage
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
- Technologically savvy and strong interest in new digital marketing trends
- The ability to learn retain and apply large amounts of product process and policy information
- Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking analysis and attention to detail
- Strong work ethics with constant focus on quality
- Able to work independently and as a part of the team.
