About the Role:
The Cover Supervisor team ensures continuity of learning during teacher absence. Working across departments youll deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain productive classroom environments.
Responsibilities:
Supervise classes during teacher absence.
Manage classroom behaviour using school policies.
Deliver lesson materials and support learning.
Support teachers with administrative tasks when required.
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience working with young people desirable.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Graduate or equivalent experience preferred.
