Job Title: Transport Supervisor
Location: Farnborough GU14 6JF
Job Length: Permanent
Working Hours: 45 hours per week working 9 hours per day. Predominantly 5am to 2pm on a Monday to Friday basis however flexibility to cover the 10am to 7pm shift and work outside of these times to suit business needs.

Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner 1664 Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks Carlsberg Britvics brands include J2O Robinsons Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX 7UP Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.

With a strong national footprint the Carlsberg Britvic business includes 5 production facilities and 16 logistics depots servicing customers up and down the UK. As these two historical businesses have come together the one common goal remains and that is ensuring our people succeed.

About the role:
If you are interested in joining our journey we are now recruiting for a Transport Supervisor. Reporting to the Transport Manager this role will play a key part of our succuss journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

Role Responsibilities:
Responsible for compliance of all vehicles and drivers.
Providing skills required to deliver to customers on time and in full.
Providing high quality services to suit customer needs.
Providing support for distribution teams to ensure smooth running of operations.
Making sure all site objectives are met whilst not compromising on health and safety.
Holding health and safety at the forefront of all processes.
Either seeing the vehicles and crew out in the morning or overseeing the return of all vehicles and crews depending on hours worked.
To be the point of contact for all real time delivery issues for the crews and to communicate with customer services.

Experience and Key Attributes:
Experience supervising or leading both people and processes within a transport or logistics network.
Experience within transport compliance.
Customer Service.
IT literate with experience using MS Office and SAP.
Manual Handling.
Experience using Microlise Systems.
IOSH certification beneficial however not required.
Transport Manager CPC beneficial however not required.
