The Role

We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic Business Development this role you will work closely with our Business Development Managers to identify and engage prospective clients generate qualified opportunities and contribute to the growth of our sales pipeline.

As a trusted advisor on sustainability you will assess client needs provide tailored recommendations and help deliver impactful solutions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in sales whether you bring prior experience or are motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced performance-driven environment.

Please note that our preferred locations for this role are Chicago and New York.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Achieve and exceed daily weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Research build and engage with targeted prospect lists using platforms such as LinkedIn ZoomInfo and Salesforce.
  • Conduct outbound outreach (calls emails virtual meetings) to qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce in accordance with agreed standards.
  • Gather and analyse market intelligence to understand client needs and communicate insights to the sales team and wider business.


Knowledge Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in KPI-driven environments with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with new contacts.
  • Clear understanding of how personal KPIs align with broader sales objectives.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Highly desirable: Experience with Sales Engagement platforms (e.g. Salesloft Outreach Groove).
  • Experience using data and lead sourcing platforms for prospecting.
