Talentpoel is hiring a Sales Trainee in Atlanta to support our enrollment and revenue growth across consulting tutoring test preparation and self-study programs. This is a hands-on training role designed for individuals who want real-world experience in sales operations lead conversion and client engagement within a fast-growing education startup.
As a Sales Trainee you will work closely with our sales and operations team to manage leads support consultations follow up with prospects and ensure a smooth journey from inquiry to enrollment. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn structured sales processes while earning commission-based income.
Successful trainees who consistently meet performance expectations will be upgraded to a paid Associate role at Talentpoel.
Lead & CRM Management
Maintain accurate CRM records for leads consultations and enrollments
Ensure timely follow-up and lead progression
Sales & Enrollment Support
Engage prospects via calls messages and follow-ups
Schedule consultations and onboarding sessions
Guide prospects through program and enrollment options
Sales Execution
Follow approved sales scripts workflows and SOPs
Re-engage inactive or stalled leads
Communicate professionally and consistently
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track leads contacted consultations booked and enrollments closed
Share weekly activity updates
Monitor progress against sales targets and KPIs
Training & Support
Structured onboarding and sales training provided by the company
Access to approved sales scripts SOPs and sales tools
Ongoing feedback performance reviews and coaching
Compensation & Work Structure (Training Period)
Commission-based compensation per deal closed successfully during the training period.
The role is fully remote with a flexible working schedule.
