Job Title: Escrow Assistant (builder will be favored) (URGENT)
Salary: $55000 to $75000 per year
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Job Description:
A reputable title company in the Fort Worth area is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to join its dynamic this pivotal position you will be an integral part of the transaction process proactively managing files from opening through closing and ensuring a seamless positive experience for all clients and stakeholders with a specialization in builder and construction-related transactions.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in transaction management thrives in a collaborative environment and takes a proactive approach to delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the escrow process.
Provide comprehensive support to Escrow Officers efficiently managing various tasks to advance the closing process.
Assist with construction disbursing files including managing draw requests collecting lien waivers tracking documents and coordinating with lenders and builders to release construction funds according to the escrow agreement.
Maintain meticulous records of all transactions and communications to ensure compliance with Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) requirements and readiness for audits.
Prepare and meticulously process all necessary closing documentation including settlement statements escrow instructions and final transaction documents.
Deliver excellent customer service by promptly professionally and accurately addressing all client and stakeholder inquiries and concerns.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients real estate agents lenders and builder representatives providing clear consistent and proactive communication regarding file status.
Demonstrate the proven ability to independently manage the full scope of a file from start to finish.
QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST have two to five years of experience as an Escrow Assistant.
MUST have at least one to two years builder escrow assistance experience.
Familiarity with industry-standard escrow and title software such as SoftPro RamQuest Qualia or ResWare.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills necessary to efficiently manage a high volume of multiple files simultaneously.
Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work seamlessly within a fast-paced team environment.
Proven ability to complete tasks and close transactions with minimal supervision or guidance.
