Job Summary
QC Compliance Laboratory Operations Continuous Improvement
Are you a hands-on lab technician looking to grow your career in Quality Control Join a dynamic QC team in the pharmaceutical industry and contribute to maintaining reliable and compliant laboratory operations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Your main responsibilities
- Support QC compliance activities in line with cGMP and company quality standards
- Participate in internal and external audits and help implement resulting actions
- Coordinate and support change control assessments within QC
- Contribute to risk assessments and data integrity initiatives
- Bring your laboratory and process knowledge to ongoing QC projects
- Act as a key contact for systems such as LIMS and ERP supporting users and coordinating small system improvements
- Participate in QC performance monitoring and help drive Lean initiatives (5S Gemba Pareto Visual Management etc.)
Your profile
- CFC as Laboratory Technician (Chemistry Biology Microbiology or similar) or equivalent technical education
- 12 years of experience in a QC or GMP-regulated laboratory (open also to motivated graduates)
- Good understanding of laboratory processes and analytical work
- Knowledge of Lean tools and continuous improvement principles is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in French with basic English knowledge
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn in a structured process-driven environment
