The Opportunity
The Head of QCI Digital Solutions is responsible for defining and executing the digital strategy within the organization ensuring seamless integration of digital tools and platforms to enable business transformation. This role acts as the bridge between all stakeholders such as business process owners and technology teams driving innovation digitalization and data-driven decision-making e.g. enabled by artificial intelligence. This role ensures alignment of all digital solutions with business needs cybersecurity standards and continuous improvement objectives.
How youll make an impact
- Digital Solution Strategy: Develop and maintain a digital roadmap aligned with business objectives. Define governance processes for digital tools and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection standards.
- Solution Identification & Deployment: Research evaluate select and deploy appropriate digital solutions and platforms to solve business challenges automate manual processes and enhance data-driven decision-making. Ensure consistency interoperability and alignment of tools across various areas of the QCI function e.g Intelex SAP Salesforce Relex etc
- Governance & Standardization: Own and maintain the global inventory of QCI function digital tools ensuring they are harmonized standardized and used consistently across different business units and geographies to prevent tool proliferation and ensure data integrity.
- Digital Solution Lifecycle: Oversee the entire lifecycle of digital tools including upgrades replacements user adoption and ensure they remain fit-for-purpose and current with best-in-class features. Develop training programs and documentation to ensure effective utilization.
- Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs for digital solutions and reporting mechanisms to track tool application and monitor performance through dashboards and analytics. Ensure return of invest and continuous improvement.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Act as the point of contact for IT and Cybersecurity teams ensuring all QCI function digital solutions adhere to internal and external standards such as cybersecurity protocols data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR) and industry compliance standards (e.g. ISO).

Your background
- Masters degree in operations manufacturing management or engineering.
- 20 years in operations quality and continuous improvement including 10 years leading global teams in multinational organizations.
- Expertise in digital solutions (SAP S/4HANA AI data governance) and project management methodologies/tools.
- Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma Kaizen and driving business transformation initiatives.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects adapt to changing priorities and work across geographically dispersed multicultural teams.
- Excellent communication presentation analytical and problem-solving skills; fluent in English (German is a plus).
- Knowledge of the energy industry is an asset.
