- Serve as a ServiceNow Integration Professional for a strategic vulnerability remediation initiative
- Design develop and validate technical solutions automating the lifecycle of vulnerability remediation
- Integrate vulnerability scanning platform with ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Collaborate closely with cybersecurity IT operations and ServiceNow platform teams
- Ensure detected vulnerabilities are converted into actionable and trackable tickets in SNOW
- Enable improved remediation processes SLA tracking and reporting
- Leverage 5-10 years of experience with at least 5 years in relevant roles
- Manage SNOW SecOps and vulnerability response workflows
- Apply knowledge of ServiceNow workflow management
- (Nice-to-have) Utilize experience in vulnerability management
- (Nice-to-have) Communicate in both Spanish and English
- Fully remote position
- Background check required; drug screen not required
- Anticipated start in 3-5 weeks
