Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud Developer to design develop and support contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud (PureCloud). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Genesys Cloud features integrations and APIs to deliver scalable and high-quality customer engagement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and implement Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) contact center solutions
- Configure IVR call flows routing queues skills and campaigns
- Develop and maintain Architect flows (Inbound Outbound Callbacks Bots)
- Develop and manage Genesys Cloud CX APIs data actions and webhooks
- Configure and support Genesys Cloud reporting and analytics
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) platform
- Hands-on expertise with Architect ACD Routing and IVR
- Proficiency in JavaScript / / Python (for API integrations)
- Familiarity with AWS services (preferred as Genesys Cloud runs on AWS)
- Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce ServiceNow Zendesk etc.)
- Understanding of Contact Center operations and call flows
