Location: Chinle AZ 86503
Duration: 13-week contract
Shift: 12-hr Day/Night Rotate
Guaranteed Hours: 48 per week
Weekly Pay Rate: $3072 - $3360; Depending on experience (negotiable)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room (ER) team on a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in emergency care thrive in a fast-paced environment and be committed to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess plan implement and evaluate nursing care for patients in the ER.
Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with physicians healthcare providers and interdisciplinary team members to provide optimal patient care.
Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Required Qualifications:

Current RN license in the state of Arizona.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
At least 1 year of experience working in Emergency Room or related specialty.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
