Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Free-Standing Emergency Department (FSED). This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced environment can think quickly and manage multiple patients with varying acuity levels.
Responsibilities
-
Triage assess and treat patients of all ages

Provide care ranging from minor injuries to critically ill patients
-
Manage multiple ER cases simultaneously while prioritizing patient needs
-
Develop and implement individualized care plans
-
Coordinate care with physicians and hospital departments
-
Provide discharge instructions and referrals
-
Maintain patient safety and a high standard of emergency care
Requirements
-
1 year of recent Acute Care ER RN experience (required)
-
Active RN license in Florida or Compact State
-
ADN required (BSN a plus)
-
BLS required prior to start
-
ACLS required within 90 days
-
PALS required within 90 days
-
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days
-

Compensation & Bonuses

Hourly rate: $27.72 $39.60 (based on experience)
