Multimodality Supervisor (Permanent Role) - Location: Fort Worth TX 76104

Job Summary:
The Multimodality Supervisor is responsible for supervising planning organizing and improving work processes across Radiology Services. This role includes staff orientation teaching coaching and performing imaging exams in modalities such as CT MRI and Radiography. The Supervisor also serves as a department liaison in the absence of the Manager.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee delivery and quality of imaging services ensuring exams are performed accurately timely and cost-effectively in compliance with regulatory and System standards.
- Perform imaging procedures as needed due to workload or complexity.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels supplies and resources to meet clinical demands.
- Schedule monitor evaluate and adjust staffing patterns as required. Conduct interviews counsel staff and complete performance evaluations.
- Train new staff and ensure all registrations and certifications are current.
- Partner with management and staff in multidisciplinary meetings to maintain consistent communication.
- Facilitate goal setting for staff and monitor achievements incorporating outcomes into annual performance evaluations.
- Encourage participation in Employee Satisfaction and Patient Safety surveys; implement improvement plans where needed.
- Assist management in developing departmental budgets including equipment and service needs and monitor operational budgets with corrective action plans for negative variances.

- Operate independently without routine oversight.
- Maintain a calm professional demeanor under stress and resolve issues appropriately.
- Ensure patient satisfaction by minimizing wait times providing courteous service and acting on feedback.
- Maintain current knowledge and skills to care for all patient age groups: newborn pediatric young adult adult and geriatric.
- Serve as preceptor for training new team members and implementing new services.
- Make effective tactical and personnel decisions including hiring and termination recommendations.
- Proficient in general computer skills: Microsoft Office scheduling/payroll systems electronic medical documentation and email.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited program in radiologic technology.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Certification/License/Registration:
- Must be currently registered in MRI and CT.
- Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) in two imaging modalities with at least 25% of work in the second modality.
- Approved modalities: ARRT-R ARRT-CT ARRT-CV ARRT-M ARRT-MR ARRT-N ARRT-S ARRT-VI ARRT-BS ARRT-BD ARRT-CI RDMS-AB RDMS-BR RDMS-FE RDMS-OB RDMS-PS RVT CNMT or ARMRIT.
