Job Summary

Job Title: Lead Business Analyst (Business Process Reengineering CBAP BPM/UML)

Location: Albany NY (Onsite)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualification:

Experience leading Business Requirements projects as a Lead Analyst applying structured strategies to gather analyze and document business process requirements for new applications.
Proven experience serving as a Lead Business Analyst on projects utilizing recognized Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies - including requirements elicitation documentation business process modeling As-Is and To-Be workflow design gap analysis and UML - to define analyze and redesign business processes for efficiency and improvement.
Hands-on experience in planning coordinating and developing comprehensive test plans and test cases to verify alignment between user requirements and program functionality.
Possession of a valid and active IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification.
Strong experience in managing internal and external stakeholder communications and outreach including developing presentations and materials that support the rethinking and reengineering of core business processes.
