Job Summary

MW Partners is currently seeking a Data Analyst to work for our client who is a global leader in the aerospace defense and security markets.

Responsibilities and duties:

Review Data within SAP
Inspect and verify shipping & receiving paperwork invoices packing slips
Input and analyze data in Excel
Assist the Compliance officer and Freight Manager with various tasks as needed
Conduct meetings in person or online
Capable of working flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays as needed.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
2 years of ERP experience
2 years of using Excel / Word
Excel Skills in Pivots and VLookup s

Preferred Qualifications

1 year of SAP experience
5 years on Excel
2 years of shipping & receiving experience
