A leading telecom client is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst (VoIP) with strong SDLC stakeholder management and VoIP domain expertise (SIP call flow processing). The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams conduct impact/gap analysis and deliver clear structured documentation and presentations.

Must Have:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with VoIP/SIP call flow exposure
Strong skills in requirement gathering process & use case mapping
Excellent communication stakeholder management and documentation skills
Experience conducting impact/gap analysis and preparing HLDs
Background in telecom domain preferred
