Qualifications

We are seeking a highly qualified individual for the position of VP Finance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in financial principles and a proven ability to lead and innovate. Key qualifications include:

Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is mandatory.
A minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 15 years of progressive experience in financial management roles.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing strategic financial plans.
Proficiency in managing financial reporting compliance and regulatory requirements.
Experience in budgeting forecasting and sophisticated financial analysis.
Solid understanding of audit procedures and risk management strategies.
Proven ability to manage treasury functions and cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders including investors board members and financial institutions.
Exceptional leadership and team development skills with a history of building and mentoring high-performing finance teams.
Experience within the Information Technology (IT) industry is highly preferred.
