Job Summary:
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing large complex technology projects particularly within the digital health/eHealth space in a Canadian jurisdiction. This role involves overseeing all aspects of project execution from planning and governance to vendor management and implementation ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Managing technology projects within eHealth/digital health.
- Communication planning coordination and implementation including presentations to stakeholders.
- Establishing and supporting project governance.
- Managing large complex projects across multiple business units and organizations.
- Project monitoring control and execution activities (planning scheduling reporting etc.).
- Overseeing a team of specialists on information technology projects.
- Vendor and contract governance and management.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 10 years of recent and relevant experience as a Senior Project Manager.
- Minimum 10 years of recent project management experience in the digital health / eHealth space in a Canadian jurisdiction.
- Minimum 12 years of IM/IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects directly affecting Enterprise Master Patient Index and master data management components.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel for face-to-face meetings in New Brunswick.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager managing technology projects within eHealth/digital health in a Canadian jurisdiction.
- 5 years of experience in communication planning coordination and implementation.
- 10 years of experience in establishing and supporting project governance.
- 5 years of experience managing large complex projects across multiple business units and organizations.
- 10 years of experience in project monitoring control and execution activities.
- 10 years of experience overseeing a team of specialists on information technology projects.
- 10 years of experience in vendor and contract governance and management.
- Familiarity with security related to data confidentiality and client privacy as it relates to NBs Personal Health Information Privacy and Access Act (PHIPAA).
