Job Summary

Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant

Location: Morris Plains NJ

Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:

12 Years of techno functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
Strong knowledge of Core HR Celebrate Absence Management
Create BIP OTBI FDI reports in Oracle HCM
Knowledge of OIC to facilitate integration analysis and design
Functional review and verification of modules and HCM project deliverables
Review of functional design functional testing functional configuration review integration testing reports validation data conversion & validation Testing
Experience to Perform testing and coordinate with users to perform testing
Conduct training sessions for users on Oracle Fusion HCM applications
Preparing test cases based on Business scenarios
Executing test cases in DEV and SIT
Documenting test results
Reporting test results
Data Conversion
Perform data validation
Good understanding of various HDL Loaders and data conversion Integrations
Experience to perform interface Impact Analysis
Coordination with downstream system owners for integration testing and impact analysis
End-to-End Integration testing
Ability to drive technical design sessions for integrations
Provide support in training on all HCM modules
