Job Title: Client Outreach Specialist
Location: Brooklyn NY (In-Office Role)
Are you outgoing energetic and confident in engaging new people every day We are seeking a Client Outreach Specialist to help expand our client base and strengthen relationships with the families and organizations we serve. This role is ideal for someone with a sales-driven personality who enjoys connecting with others and taking initiative.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients and generate qualified leads.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client organizations.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent service delivery.
  • Identify new business opportunities and engagement strategies for long-term partnerships.
  • Visit client sites as needed to represent the organization professionally.
  • Support team growth through collaboration and training of new members.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational presentation and time management abilities.
  • Friendly professional and self-motivated personality.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience with outreach client engagement or lead generation is preferred.
  • Background in business development customer relations or community outreach is a plus.
