Job Summary

Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor SolidWorks AutoCAD for 2D drafting 3D .
Create detailed 2D/ 3D models technical drawings and comply technical specifications
Ensure designs comply with engineering principles safety standards and customer requirements.
Responsible for preparing General Layout Design and release for Approval/manufacturing.
Interpret piping material specifications line lists and equipment datasheets.
Prepare piping GA drawings isometrics spool drawings and support details.
Interpret piping material specifications line lists and equipment datasheets.
Prepare BOM for Mechanical items and release the same for procurement/manufacturing
Provide Technical support to Pre-Sales and Execution Team
Checking Customer drawing to ensure the layout as per client and system requirements.
Responsible for preparing technical replies as per the customer requirement.
Responsible for providing/ understanding costing/ specification and doing value engineering in order to reduce the cost.
Responsible for taking technical confirmation from respective vendors and finding new substitute economical equivalent product.
Responsible for arranging technical document as per the tender requirement in order to meet the criteria such as data sheets/ GA Drawings/ test certificates etc.
Knowledge of BS/IS/IEC applicable
