Job Summary
- Process documentation
- Arrange internal meetings
- Follow-up open request
- Support in reporting
- Coordinate with all stakeholders ensuring an accurate data and follow process
- Other tasks if required
Qualifications :
- 4th-year-student with major in Software IT Industrial management or related fields
- Interested to work in Admin / Secretary tasks
- Good English skills (speaking and writing)
- Good knowledge of administration MS office Power BI...
- No working experiences required although students with dynamic experience in school / social activities will have big advantage
- Enjoy working with numbers and spreadsheet
- Personal Skills Time Management skill Task management skill
- Hard working enthusiasm dynamic self-confidence to meet deadlines
- Well organized detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
