What Youll Do

Spend 80% of your time marketing and selling in the community.
Build referral partnerships with hospitals rehabs senior living communities and other sources.
Own the client relationship you are their advisor from first meeting through ongoing care.
Grow client hours by listening identifying needs and ensuring were always delivering superior experiences.
Proactively connect with clients and families each week to strengthen trust support evolving needs and keep relationships thriving.
Collaborate with our Operations team (scheduling recruiting caregiver management) so you can stay focused on clients accounts and growth.
