Job Summary:
The Accounting & Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting both the Accounting Department and general office operations at BIMTM. This person handles bookkeeping tasks assists with accounts payable and receivable supports payroll and ensures accurate documentation and organization across systems.
Were currently transitioning from Sage to Unanet ERP so flexibility and curiosity are important. Youll juggle multiple priorities communicate across departments and push for the information you need to keep things moving.

Responsibilities:
- Handle daily bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support accounts payable receivable and payroll preparation.
- Track expenses reconcile accounts and maintain key financial spreadsheets.
- Assist with project setup billing documentation and data entry.
- Provide administrative support to accounting HR and leadership teams.
- Manage document organization reminders and general office needs.
- Follow up on open items and ensure deadlines are met.
- Occasionally assist with RFI Outfitters packaging or inventory support.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
- Strong communicationcomfortable asking questions and following up to get whats needed.
- Proactive dependable and self-motivated.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid setup.
- Proficient in Excel and Smartsheet.
- 02 years of administrative or accounting experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Sage QuickBooks or Unanet a plus.
