Role Description:
We are searching for a General Manager to launch and lead our flagship venue. This pivotal role will serve as the cornerstone of our operations acting as the operational leader and setting the benchmark for future locations. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the facility including staff management operational logistics financial oversight and promotional activities. Reporting directly to the companys founders this role is crucial in shaping the brands identity and ensuring the success of our premier venue.
Responsibilities:
Build train and lead a team to deliver excellent service and ensure smooth operation of our first location.
Oversee the entire facility operations including the cutting-edge golf simulators upkeep of the venue food and beverage services and effective staff scheduling.
Establish and maintain high standards of customer service to create memorable experiences.
Develop in-depth knowledge of all product offerings and drive promotions and new features.
Manage the financial health of the venue including budgeting cost controls and profitability.
Engage with the local community to foster relationships and promote the brand through targeted marketing initiatives.
Communicate effectively with company leadership about the venues performance opportunities and challenges.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health safety and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of management experience in the hospitality entertainment or golf industry preferably with experience launching new venues.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proven record of managing successful teams.
Strong communication and organizational skills capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Dynamic and positive personality capable of thinking creatively and adapting to challenges.
Availability for flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as required for operational needs.
Physical ability to manage a large venue including standing for long periods and navigating various areas.
Relevant certifications and licenses as required by local laws.

Salary Range: $70K-$80K
