Work Schedule:
- 20 hours per week flexible schedule aligned with the clients business hours (Feusisberg Switzerland time)
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Campaigns
- Develop and maintain a monthly social media calendar (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn YouTube Shorts/Reels).
- Create schedule and manage engaging content that reflects our premium brand image.
- Monitor engagement respond to followers and grow our online community.
- Manage small-scale paid campaigns (Google Ads boosted social posts) and track ROI.
- Regularly prepare performance reports (traffic leads conversions) with clear recommendations.
2. E-commerce (Shopify for Tea)
- Manage and update Shopify product listings (images descriptions SEO tags).
- Track sales funnel and campaign performance optimizing where needed.
- Assist in product launches promotions and seasonal campaigns.
3. SEO & Content
- Conduct keyword research and optimize blogs website and e-commerce pages including the real estate site (WordPress).
- Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Ensure all published content contributes to organic growth and lead generation.
4. Email Marketing (Newsletters)
- Plan design and send monthly newsletters for both tea e-commerce customers and real estate leads.
- Create segmented mailing lists and personalize content for better engagement.
- Track open rates click-through rates and conversions making improvements based on results.
5. Real Estate (HubSpot CRM)
- Log new leads and inquiries into HubSpot CRM.
- Update listings on Properstar (training provided if needed).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information.
- Support basic lead follow-up processes (no heavy sales involved).
6. Branding & Design Support
- Assist with brochures presentations and marketing materials (Canva/Adobe).
- Gather and organize photos videos and creative assets for websites or campaigns.
- Support website updates in collaboration with developers and designers.
7. Administration & Collaboration
- Organize files maintain content libraries and assist with scheduling.
- Prepare short weekly reports summarizing activities results and next steps.
- Collaborate closely with the business owner providing proactive input and initiative.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing SEO social media and Google Ads (real estate background a plus).
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify and email marketing tools (Mailchimp HubSpot Klaviyo or similar).
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (or similar).
- Ability to create and manage a structured monthly content calendar and newsletter plan.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics platform insights email reporting).
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Creative eye for branding and design (Canva/Adobe).
- Highly organized self-motivated and accountable for results.
- Comfortable working in a remote fast-paced multi-project environment.
- Solid understanding of websites (WordPress and Shopify) is essential.
- Passion for luxury products and real estate is a plus.
