Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Role Name: Sales representative

Schedule:
Part-time (20 hours per week)
Monday - Friday 4 pm - 9 pm

Client Timezone: Eastern Time (Toronto)


Responsibilities:


  • Follow up with leads generated through paid ads and organic inquiries
  • Nurture prospects through phone calls and convert them to memberships or intro offers
  • Handle high call volume and manage objections professionally
  • Work with existing lead generation systems and CRM processes
  • Book prospects for classes and ensure strong commitment to attendance
  • Collaborate with the social media team when leads are generated through social channels
  • Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and conversion metrics


Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and appointment setting with high call volume environments
  • Natural persistence and ability to handle rejection and objections
  • Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience with lead nurturing and conversion processes
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and lead management tools
  • Ability to create urgency and secure commitments from prospects
