Role Name: Sales representative
Schedule:
Part-time (20 hours per week)
Monday - Friday 4 pm - 9 pm
Client Timezone: Eastern Time (Toronto)
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with leads generated through paid ads and organic inquiries
- Nurture prospects through phone calls and convert them to memberships or intro offers
- Handle high call volume and manage objections professionally
- Work with existing lead generation systems and CRM processes
- Book prospects for classes and ensure strong commitment to attendance
- Collaborate with the social media team when leads are generated through social channels
- Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and conversion metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and appointment setting with high call volume environments
- Natural persistence and ability to handle rejection and objections
- Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with lead nurturing and conversion processes
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and lead management tools
- Ability to create urgency and secure commitments from prospects
