Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM (1-hour unpaid break)
Client Timezone: Eastern Time (Toronto)
Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours


Join a rapidly growing real estate marketing agency specializing in high-quality lead generation for brokers and brokerages across Canada and the U.S. Recently acquired and undergoing major strategic expansion the company has scaled from 20 to 80 active clients and continues to grow. They run Meta advertising campaigns and deliver full-service marketing solutions tailored to real estate professionals.

As the primary relationship manager for high-value clients youll be the go-to expert guiding real estate agents and brokers through onboarding platform setup and ongoing campaign support. Your role ensures clients get the most out of their marketing investment while maintaining strong long-term partnerships.



Responsibilities
  • Run onboarding calls for new clients and assist with smooth platform setup

  • Conduct regular check-ins to maintain relationships and identify upsell or growth opportunities

  • Guide clients through Meta ads setup including ad account transfers and access

  • Support clients through multi-step onboarding (Slack invites platform logins integrations etc.)

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot campaign issues as needed

  • Maintain consistent proactive communication to drive satisfaction and retention

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related inquiries

  • Track and document client feedback issues and improvements in CRM systems



Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills with a confident professional phone presence

  • Strong experience in client-facing or account management roles

  • Basic familiarity with Meta ads (or willingness to learn quickly) is a major advantage

  • High reliability and consistency in communication non-negotiable

  • Experience working with professional service clients preferred

  • Bonus: Background in real estate marketing or lead generation

  • Comfortable using multiple communication tools and CRM platforms
