Position Overview
We are seeking a Remote Appointment Coordinator to join our growing contact centre team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident caring and thrives in a fast-paced customer-focused environment. You will be the first point of contact for individualsprimarily seniorsseeking hearing care services and your ability to communicate clearly and compassionately will be key to building trust and encouraging appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries using dialer software and CRM tools.
- Schedule appointments at our hearing clinics across Canada.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with individuals who may have hearing loss.
- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in every interaction.
- Maintain accurate records and follow call scripts and protocols.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets.
What Were Looking For
- Strong clear speaking voice and excellent phone communication skills.
- Empathy and patience when speaking with seniors and individuals with hearing loss.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using dialer systems scheduling tools and CRM platforms.
- Trustworthy and confident: Able to build rapport quickly and convey credibility.
- Flexible availability: Willing to work varied shifts Monday to Saturday (up to 44 hours/week).
- Appropriate work-from-home environment.
- Previous experience in a contact centre or healthcare setting is an asset.
