About the Role:
As an Enrolled Nurse you will work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse or Midwife to deliver safe effective and compassionate care to patients. Youll support the healthcare team in meeting individual care needs while maintaining accountability for your own nursing practice.
At this level youll continue to develop from a novice to a proficient practitioner building your clinical skills and professional confidence through hands-on experience and collaboration with experienced nursing staff.
What Were Looking For:
- Enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds or who is eligible to hold a current practicing certificate.
- Experience in the provision of nursing care in the healthcare setting in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
