DescriptionWe are seeking an Analyst to manage key financial forecasting and reporting activities for Exchange CoE. This role involves forecasting exchange variance for Model e segment and reporting actual exchange variance for IMG & China region also act as an agile analyst supporting in publication of IMPRS Income statements.
Proven working knowledge and hands-on experience with the IMPRS or iERP system is essential for success in this position.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role the analysts primary responsibility is as follows:
- Own Financial Planning & Analysis: Take ownership of the Model e segments Exchange Variance including developing robust monthly forecasts reporting timely actuals (IMG & CN) performing insightful variance analysis and driving the creation of the annual Business Plan.
- Communicate Performance: Regularly review and clearly communicate financial results forecasts and planning scenarios for Model e.
- System Expertise: Act as IMPRS subject matter expert and ensure exposures for region / skill teams are loaded appropriately.
- Assist Treasury in Hedge strategy:Report the monthly / quarterly exchange exposure movements to corporate treasury along with explanations basis which quarterly hedge strategy is finalized.
- Profitability Reporting: Analyze and publish global Product Line Profitability (PLP) reports in alignment with key financial cycles (e.g. month-end close forecast submissions budget).
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities and lead initiatives to streamline workflows improve data accuracy and enhance the overall effectiveness of financial processes for both Corporate Other and the Reporting CoE.
- Ad-Hoc Analytical Support: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and comparisons as requested by Business Units and Corporate functions to support specific inquiries and decision-making
- System Expertise & Training: Develop and maintain subject matter expertise (SME) on the profit systems functionality administration and controls; leverage this knowledge to train end-users effectively.
Qualifications- Education & Experience:
- Professional qualification (CA CMA) or MBA.
- Prior experience or strong knowledge in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Material Costing or Manufacturing Finance is highly beneficial and would allow for faster integration into the role.

- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions.
