The Sales Support Managerwill lead the APAC/EMEA Renewal Quoting Team driving operational excellence and team development. This role is responsible for supervising a team of 12 Renewal Support Specialists ensuring timely and accurate renewal quoting for APAC/ EMEA customers. The successful candidate will be a hands-on people manager ready to work early hours to support regional business needs.
Supervise coach and develop a team of 11 Renewal Support Specialists fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Oversee business support processes including task assignment workflow management and schedule adherence to meet departmental targets.
Develop and manage routine operational plans proactively resolving issues to ensure smooth team operations.
Administer company policies recommend process improvements and ensure compliance with management guidance.
Monitor and manage costs related to the renewal quoting function contributing to departmental financial objectives.
Communicate effectively with supervisors peer groups and stakeholders interpreting and presenting information as needed.
Lead performance management compensation planning and employment decisions for direct reports.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement within the renewal quoting function.
The successful candidate will be expected to lead by example drive operational excellence and foster a collaborative team culture.
Minimum 3 years of people management experience with at least 3 years of team lead responsibility in a business support or renewal quoting environment.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Strong leadership communication and organisational skills.
Proven ability to analyse data resolve problems and manage operational plans.
Demonstrated experience in people management coaching and mentoring.
Process-oriented mindset with a track record of driving operational improvements.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced.
