Job Summary
Job Description:
We have been contracted by an established leading-edge manufacturer of connected commercial lighting products to identify a Sr. Lighting Sales Representative based in the San Francisco Bay this role you will be responsible for calling on electrical distributors to maintain existing business relationships and pursue incremental sales opportunities. The individual should be a highly motivated self-starter who can work independently target new business follow up on sales leads and close sales. Individuals should be comfortable calling on and presenting to people from senior-level executives down to field-level operatives.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have a very strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.
Bachelors degree required preferably in a business discipline
3-5 years of sales experience required
Lighting industry experience preferred
Sales Force experience a plus
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products including (but not limited to) Outlook Excel and PowerPoint
