Job Summary

MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Has a strong work ethic and high reliability
- Holds a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Has reliable transportation and a solid attendance record
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Enjoys helping customers and building relationships
- (Preferred but not required) Has sales or lawn care experience
- Handle incoming leads from phone calls online inquiries and text messages
- Convert new leads into Lawn Doctor customers
- Present and sell additional services to existing customers
- Provide excellent customer service with a strong focus on satisfaction
- Perform proactive follow-ups to retain customers
- Learn and understand all Lawn Doctor services to confidently answer customer questions
- Work Hours: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Hourly Pay: $20 per hour
- Commission: 5% on all sales paid out as services are performed throughout the service year
- Employee-paid benefits available
- 401(k) plan with company match up to 3%
