Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Early Childhood Teacher to join our vibrant Box Hill service.

As an Early Childhood Teacher you will deliver high-quality educational programs support childrens individual learning and development and create engaging play-based experiences that foster growth and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of educators fostering collaboration professional growth and a high-performing culture on the floor.
• Work alongside educators to mentor support and model best-practice early childhood education.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing budgets resources and compliance ensuring smooth centre management.
• Develop and deliver engaging holistic learning programs that support childrens growth curiosity and development.
• Prioritise health safety and wellbeing creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for every child.
• Build strong relationships with families and the community promoting involvement and the centres values.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• At least 6 months experience as an Educational Leader or in a leadership role
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
• Child Protection training/certificate
• Experience or strong interest in leadership and management pathways
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal skills.
