Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Early Childhood Teacher to join our vibrant Box Hill service.
As an Early Childhood Teacher you will deliver high-quality educational programs support childrens individual learning and development and create engaging play-based experiences that foster growth and curiosity.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of educators fostering collaboration professional growth and a high-performing culture on the floor.
- Work alongside educators to mentor support and model best-practice early childhood education.
- Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing budgets resources and compliance ensuring smooth centre management.
- Develop and deliver engaging holistic learning programs that support childrens growth curiosity and development.
- Prioritise health safety and wellbeing creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for every child.
- Build strong relationships with families and the community promoting involvement and the centres values.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- At least 6 months experience as an Educational Leader or in a leadership role
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Child Protection training/certificate
- Experience or strong interest in leadership and management pathways
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal skills.
