Job Summary

- Recruit onboard and coach group exercise instructors across all Texas clubs
- Maintain class schedules and regional sub lists
- Ensure instructors maintain valid certifications (Group Fitness CPR/AED)
- Conduct in-person and virtual class audits to ensure brand standards
- Support Club and Fitness Managers with instructor performance and scheduling coverage
- Collaborate on presale activations community events and member engagement
- 3 years of multi-site or regional group exercise leadership preferred
- Nationally recognized certification (AFAA ACE NASM ISSA etc.)
- CPR/AED certified
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage and support teams remotely
- Willingness to travel 3050% between DFW and Houston
