Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seekingPhysical Therapistfor an exciting Travel or Local job inConcord NH.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate patients physical abilities limitations and rehabilitation needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals.
Provide therapeutic exercises manual therapy and other interventions as appropriate.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercise programs and injury prevention.
Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with physicians nurses and rehabilitation staff to ensure coordinated care.
Qualifications:
Current New Hampshire state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
Minimum of 12 years of clinical experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to patient-centered care and professional ethics.
