Job Summary
Shangri-LaBoracay
Located in the countrys premier beach destination Shangri-LaBoracay is a luxurious and serene haven for vacationers. Dramatically situated on a hillside in a flourishing nature reserve at the northern tip of Boracay Island the 12-hectare resort is a 10-minute drive from the popular White Beach. As Commis 3 we rely on you to:
- Maintain stock levels.
- Assure hygiene standards are kept to the highest levels at all times.
- Assist colleagues in a thoughtful manner.
- Make sure that all stock/food is stored correctly and in an organized fashion.
- Listen to colleague/manager requests and carry out daily duties correctly and efficiently.
We are looking for someone who:
- Flexible & adaptable to different working conditions.
- Diplomas & certificates in culinary art.
- Experience in the same capacity in a 5-star hotel/resort.
- Passionate about food.
- Understands the need for efficiencyand organization.
- Efficientand punctual.
- Communicateseffectively with colleagues/management.
- Lives and breathes the Shangri-La Values.
