A vacancy has arisen with our LWE Sales department based in Biggleswade for a Administrator (Mobile Crane Sales).
The role contributes to the success of Liebherr Great Britain Ltd by providing effective and timely administration support to the Sales function of LWE In doing so the role reporting to the Managing Director Cranes and Concrete will ensure maximum support is provided to maintain a quality service to both internal and external customers. Working within the Companys key result areas: Business Performance Customer Focus People and Teamwork Leadership.
Your responsibilities as a Sales Administrator
Constructs effective correspondence for both customers and suppliers
Works with the customer in mind and contributes towards ideas and initiatives that drive the improvement of both internal and external relationships.
Works as a member of the team assisting and supporting department colleagues as well as other departments.
Administrative processes to include but not limited to quotations order confirmations invoicing hire agreements transport and logistics processing of purchase orders and payments customer correspondence administration support for sales managers liaison with the workshop and service teams.
Travel bookings and planning of events
Recognises the need and takes the initiative to provide back up support to the sales team when required .
Initiates follows up and achieves tasks requested by other colleagues in the team
Manages Personal time schedule and productivity
The successful candidate will require the following
Experience in a similar role and/or industry
Strong customer service ethic with a positive and pro-active approach
Good effective communicator at all levels
Ability to work on own initiative
